กลับมาอีกครั้ง
กับคลาส Facebook Live หลังจากคลาสแรกกระแสแรงมาก คลาส 2 ต้องตามมาติดๆ แอดมินจะนำบรรยากาศบางส่วนมาให้ชมกันค่ะ แอบกระซิบว่า นักเรียนรับเชิญของเรา สูง ขาว ตี๋ >< แถมทำขนมได้ มีดีกรีเป็นบาริสต้าสุดเท่อีกด้วย
Step ที่ 1 มาเริ่มทำตัวเค้กกันค่า หลังครูแนะนำวัตถุดิบต่างๆ มาเริ่มลงมือทำเลย ผสมวัตถุดิบเข้าด้วยกัน ทั้ง 2 ส่วนแล้ว จนเนื้อเนียนแต่ระวัง อย่าคนเยอะเกินไปน๊า
ขั้นตอนต่อไป ไม่ยุ่งยาก นำส่วนผสมของเนื้อเค้กที่ทำจากขั้นตอนแรก เทลงในถาด ที่ปูด้วยกระดาษไขแล้วเข้า
เตาอบเลยจ้าา
ระหว่างรอเค้กสุก มาเริ่มทำตัวครีมลูกตาลมะพร้าวกันค่า นำส่วนผสมทุกอย่างใส่รวมกัน ตุ๋นโดยใช้หม้อจากนั้น ในเวลาเดียวกันเค้กก็อบเสร็จพอดี ใช้เวลาเพียง 12-15 นาทีเท่านั้น !! เร็วมากๆเลย หลังจากนั้น นำชิฟฟ่อน ที่อบเสร็จมาตัดตามภาชนะของเรา เป็นฐานสำหรับครีมลูกตาลมะพร้าวสุดละมุนของเรา ^^
ขั้นตอนสุดท้ายแต่ไม่ท้ายสุด ตกแต่งหน้าต่อให้สวยงาม ตามความชอบได้เลย ขนมจะอร่อยที่สุด ช่วงวันแรก แต่เก็บไว้ได้ถึง 3 วัน อย่าลืมใส่ใว้ในตู้เย็นด้วยน๊า ^^
